Error for no laser come out

There will be has 3 reason for laser machine have no light during working:

1. laser tube was broken

2. laser power supply was off

3.electric circuit has problem

Solution

1.Connect PG, if has laser come out will means laser tube and laser power supply all no problem, just electric circuit has error.

2.Taken the plug away from the laser power supply.

3.Press key 'TEST' in laser power supply, use the positive wire of laser tube touch the cover of machine to see whether has laser come out, if has laser come out will means the power supply was no problem, if no laser come out from machine will means laser power supply was broken. 

4.Check the cable from power supply to the laser tube, whether there has some place was burned.

5.If press button ‘laser pulse’ has laser come our but no laser come out in engraving, check the voltage of Y2 in mainboard during engraving.

6.If everything was ok, the voltage from G and IN should be 0-5V, voltage for H will be different demand on the engraving power.         

The voltage from G and L should be 0.1-0.9, the voltage for L should be very low.

When no laser come our during engraving, the voltage from G and IN should be 0, the voltage for L should be very low.

The voltage from G and L should be 5V, the voltage for H should be high.

Make sure all the parameter for the software was no problem.

7.Turn off the machine, Take away the cable Y2 from the laser power supply and mainboard, put the red cable connected to the cover of laser machine (do not touch the cover of machine now), connect LPG to the power supply, turn on the machine to see whether the red clamp has spark. If you can see the spark, will means the power supply was no problem, the laser tube was broken.
